Woodworking engraving machine driver and water-cooled motor failure and solution
Woodworking engraving machine will always have such a fault in the course of long-term use. Today, Jinan Lujiao woodworking engraving machine explains the performance and solution of the failure of the drive and water-cooled motor:
Woodworking engraving machine driver failure
1) Performance: During the engraving process, all movements are normal, but after the machining is finished, the return point when returning to the origin of the workpiece is not coincident with the origin of the engraving process.
Cause: The drive is faulty, replace the drive and check that the drive supply voltage is normal.
2) During the engraving process, especially in the high-speed machining process, the cause of the pause phenomenon is likely to occur: 1 the driver supply voltage is unstable; 2 the driver output current is too small. ·
Solution: Check if the power supply voltage is normal. If it is not normal, please use the corresponding voltage regulator; adjust the output current of the driver. For the adjustment method, please refer to the section “Drive Wiring Schematic and Parameter Adjustment”.
Woodworking engraving machine water-cooled motor running failure
1) After the "spindle on: item" in the control system, the spindle motor does not rotate.
1 Check the data line interface. If the interface is loose, please reconnect.
2 Check if the inverter power supply is normal
3 Check the inverter LED display for error indications. Please refer to the machine debugging, inverter debugging section to reset the inverter parameters.
4 If none of the above problems exist, click “Spindle Start” to check whether the spindle motor has a starting sound, and the rotating shaft cannot rotate freely. Please check the line connection part of the inverter output to the spindle motor. The problem is that the line is open.
2) After clicking “spindle on”, the spindle motor stops running for a while and then stops running.
1 Please check the inverter for fault, the LED prompts “FU.9”. This fault is the output short-circuit fault. Check the line between the inverter output port and the spindle motor to eliminate the short-circuit fault.
2 If the inverter LED screen prompts “FU.1”, this fault is the input voltage fault, check if the input voltage is too high or too low, and use the corresponding voltage regulator.
