When the engraving machine can't work normally, it may be a problem with its internal components or other reasons. The following is a general introduction to the problems that often arise.
(1) One of the three axes cannot be moved. At this moment, check whether the corresponding drive block of the corresponding axis is damaged. The viewing method can use the replacement method: the aviation plug corresponding to the non-moving shaft is unplugged and inserted into the drive corresponding to the other active shaft.
(2) If the non-moving axis moves normally after AC, it can be clarified that the drive block corresponding to the shaft is damaged, and the driver block needs to be replaced. If the fixed axis is still not clarified, the cable or the motor may be faulty to replace the cable or the motor. The three axes cannot move. At this moment, check if the three-axis aviation plug is connected to the control box and the control box power has been turned over. Whether the data cable is connected to the control box and the control card in the computer mainframe. If all of the above are normal, please contact the factory.
(3) The spindle cannot operate normally. First look at the error code displayed on the LED display screen of the inverter (see the inverter error code item in the inverter). The following is an example of the YIXING inverter.

Fault code: DL output short circuit to see if the motor and cable are shorted
OL1OL2 load is too large, motor is blocked, sweeping is blocked, and the load is reduced.
